They waited 9 days before posting the payment, overdrawing my account. Housekeepers don’t speak English at all but they were super friendly when I finally asked for extra towels and they delivered promptly! !

However, I had to get my own towels and there was a lingering smell as if someone had smoked before, which was disappointing.
